On average, a bear market will last about a year… and will cause roughly a 30% drop in the market.

But that doesn’t mean that the next bear market won’t drop lower than that.

For example, the market dropped 56.8% during the 2007-2008 recession.

Which is why it’s extremely important that you do not buy-and-hold stocks right now.

Because when the bears come out, buy-and-hold investors are the first ones to lose their money.
